By engaging with Cyber Coral Solutions for any services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided

Cyber Coral Solutions offers IT support services for residential and small business clients. This may include, but is not limited to:

Device setup and troubleshooting
Data transfer and recovery
Website design and management
Network setup and support
Technical consultations and one-on-one lessons

2. Service Area

We are based in Townsville, QLD and service customers locally as well as remotely when applicable.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, PayID, and cash.
Late payments may result in additional fees or delayed future service.
Some services (like website design) may require a deposit upfront.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Guarantees and Limitations

We aim to resolve your issue to the best of our ability. However, some problems may not be fixable due to hardware limitations or external factors.
Cyber Coral Solutions is not liable for any data loss, downtime, or other indirect damages that may occur during service.

6. Privacy and Data Handling

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal data accessed during services will be treated confidentially.
We do not store passwords, files, or sensitive information without your explicit permission.

7. Website and Digital Services

For custom website design, a basic agreement will outline the scope, timeline, and responsibilities of both parties.
Ongoing support plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled with 14 days' notice.

8. Changes to Terms

Cyber Coral Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms of Service. Any significant changes will be posted publicly or communicated directly when applicable.
