By engaging Cyber Coral Solutions for services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Services Provided
Cyber Coral Solutions provides professional IT support services to residential and business clients. Services may include, but are not limited to:

Managed IT services for businesses

IT help desk support
-
Microsoft 365 setup and administration
-
Cybersecurity support and basic protection measures
-
Network setup and maintenance
-
Device setup and troubleshooting
-
Data transfer and recovery (where possible)
All services are provided in accordance with the agreed scope of work.
2. Service Area
Cyber Coral Solutions is based in Townsville, QLD. Services are provided:

On-site within Townsville and surrounding areas
-
Remotely where applicable
Travel fees may apply outside standard service areas.
3. Residential & One-Off Services
For residential clients and one-time service engagements:

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods include:

Bank transfer
-
PayID
-
EFTPOS
-
Cash
-
Late payments may result in refusal of future services.
4. Managed IT Services (Business Clients)
4.1 Agreement Term
Business clients entering into a Managed IT Services Agreement agree to a 12-month minimum term, billed monthly.
4.2 Monthly Billing & Service Schedule

Managed service fees are charged monthly.

Payment is due on the same agreed date each month.

This monthly date will also be the scheduled on-site visit for the client’s cybersecurity audit and system review, unless otherwise agreed.
Invoices must be paid by the due date listed on the invoice.
4.3 Early Termination
If a business client terminates the agreement before the completion of the 12-month term:

The remaining balance of the contract term becomes immediately payable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All outstanding invoices must be settled prior to termination.
This structure allows Cyber Coral Solutions to allocate time, resources, and pricing based on a committed service term.
4.4 Scope of Managed Services
Managed IT services cover only the agreed users, devices, and infrastructure defined within the service agreement. Work outside this scope may be quoted separately.
5. Cancellations & Appointments

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.

Missed appointments without notice may be charged.
6. Limitations of Liability
Cyber Coral Solutions aims to resolve issues professionally and efficiently. However:

Not all technical issues are repairable due to hardware failure, manufacturer limitations, third-party systems, or pre-existing conditions.

While reasonable care is taken, Cyber Coral Solutions is not liable for:

Data loss
-
Business interruption
-
Downtime
-
Indirect or consequential damages
Clients are responsible for maintaining appropriate data backups unless explicitly included in a managed services agreement.
7. Privacy & Confidentiality
Cyber Coral Solutions treats all client information as confidential.

Sensitive data accessed during service will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

Passwords and confidential information will not be retained without client consent.
8. Modifications to Terms
Cyber Coral Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be published publicly or provided directly to clients where applicable.
