1. General Policy

Cyber Coral Solutions provides professional IT services, which are time-based and expertise-based in nature.

As a general rule, fees paid for services rendered are non-refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

 


 

2. Residential & One-Off Services

For residential or one-time services:

  • Payment covers time, labour, and technical expertise provided.

  • Once a service has been completed, fees are non-refundable.

  • If a technical issue cannot be resolved due to hardware failure, third-party limitations, or pre-existing conditions, time spent diagnosing and attempting repair remains chargeable.

If a clear service error is made by Cyber Coral Solutions, reasonable steps will be taken to rectify the issue at no additional charge.

 


 

3. Managed IT Services (Business Clients)

Managed IT services are provided under a 12-month agreement billed monthly.

  • Monthly service fees are non-refundable once the service period has commenced.

  • Early termination of a 12-month agreement requires payout of the remaining contract term, as outlined in the Terms of Service.

  • No refunds will be issued for partial months of service unless required by law.

If Cyber Coral Solutions fails to deliver services as outlined in the signed agreement, reasonable efforts will be made to rectify the issue before any refund is considered.

 


 

4. Deposits (If Applicable)

Where deposits are required:

  • Deposits secure time, scheduling, and resource allocation.

  • Deposits are non-refundable if a client cancels after work has commenced.

  • Refunds of deposits prior to work commencing are at the discretion of Cyber Coral Solutions.

 


 

5. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Clients are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if there is a major failure with the service, as defined under Australian Consumer Law.

 


 

6. Discretionary Resolutions

In exceptional circumstances, Cyber Coral Solutions may offer a partial refund or service credit at its discretion. This does not establish a precedent for future cases.
